Booking Policy

Audrey Does Nails Booking Policy

To prevent fraud and promote a safe environment for all, these policies shall remain in effect from the time of booking onward. Following these policies is a requirement of booking, and if you do not agree to follow the policies, you will not be permitted to book with Audrey Does Nails.

Booking

At the time of booking, clients must acknowledge that they have read and understand the booking policy. Booking with Audrey Does Nails signifies that you accept the terms below.

All bookings must submit a $10 deposit via Zelle within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email from book@audreydoesnails.com. Failure to submit the deposit within 24 hours is grounds for the cancellation of your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the cost of your service at the time of payment. This deposit cannot be transferred to any other bookings.

Notification of cancellation must be made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Late notice cancellations will lose their deposit and after three late notice cancellations or three no call no shows, you will be ineligible to rebook unless you pay the cost of your service up front. Prepayment under this circumstance is non-refundable.

If requesting a unique design that requires the acquisition of new materials or tools, the client may be asked to put down a higher deposit to ensure the cost of these new materials is covered. The deposit will go towards the cost of the service and is ineligible for refund in the event of a cancellation, but may be applied to a later appointment in the event of a late notice reschedule.

Conduct

While receiving your service, it is important that everyone remains safe. Therefore, additional guests are permitted only with pre-approval. Bringing uninvited guests can result in the cancellation of your appointment. This is both a general safety and covid safety requirement.

All clients and guests are required to wear a mask for the duration of the appointment. If you arrive without a mask one will be provided to you. This is both to protect the tech and client from potential illness and chemicals present in the application of the manicure.

Payment

Payment guidelines are outlined on the “Pricing” section of the website, audreydoesnails.com. In some instances, pricing may be subject to change, at the discretion of the tech. In the event that there is a change, it is the duty of the tech to inform the client before rendering services. In some cases, there may be a waiver that the client is required to sign before proceeding, acknowledging that they have been informed.

Payment must be rendered at the completion of the appointment. Leaving an appointment prior to paying is considered theft, and will be dealt with accordingly.

Electronic payment is the preferred method, and all clients should have either Apple Pay, Zelle, or Venmo established prior to their appointment time. Cash is also accepted.
